Pupa Ed came into town to help with the electrical in the basement. He put Reis and Colin to work!!

White Friday

Black Friday was a bust in Granger, IN. Apparently, when there is only 1 of each store in a 60 mile radius, you're dealing with a whole new level of chaos. After aborting several of our missions, we retreated home to play in the snow! This Black Friday warrior is now an online shopper!!

Thanksgiving

Pupa Ed came to visit for our first Thanksgiving in our new house.

We started on our annual puzzle & it started snowing in the evening!

Help Needed!

Construction began on our basement this weekend. Based on the assistance Will's getting from his little helpers, it's going to be awhile before we move the party down there!

Reis found his role playing bin and made several costume changes. Will assured me that he tried on each and every one!

Colin found his Thomas train set and they set up all the tracks. They also enjoyed playing with their long lost baby toys.

Halloween

The kids had a great Halloween. Colin went as a pirate for the fourth year in a row, but added some teeth and facial hair. Next year we'll add shoes to his ensemble! Reis was Link from the Legend of Zelda. Of course no one makes such a costume, so one crazy mom whipped one up.

Colin's Trip to Mars

Colin went on a field trip to a Challenger Center with his Science class today. They learned how to work together during two simulated missions to Mars. He had a blast!!

Grandma Bea's 90!!

We made our first trip back to Austin. While we were there, we got to wish Grandma Bea a happy 90th birthday!!!

Reis Keeping Busy

Reis doesn't seem to mind sweating anymore. He's been playing soccer and getting pretty fast!
Reis decided his stuffie, Grover, needed a matching Halloween costume this year. He's been hard at work!

Welcoming Fall

There is a crazy new season up here, Fall. The leaves are changing colors and the weather is so nice. We decided to take the boys to one of the many local corn mazes. They had a great time trying to figure out how to get around. We also went on a hayride and fed the goats. We still need to pick our pumpkins though.
